The Japanese Pokémon TCG Scarlet & Violet era began in January 2023 with the release of SV1V Violet, marking the start of a new generation of cards inspired by the Scarlet and Violet video games. Iconic sets include SV1a Triplet Beat, which featured popular Pokémon like Sprigatito and Lechonk, as well as SV4a Shiny Treasures, showcasing Shiny Pokémon and Special Art Rares. Another standout set, SV2a 151, celebrated the first 151 Pokémon with vibrant new artwork & included a special feature: Master Ball holo cards, which became a fan-favorite for their unique design and rarity.
