Terry Austin born August 23 1952, is an American comic book creator working primarily as an inker. He came to prominance when in December 1977, he and penciler John Byrne became the new art team on Uncanny X-Men, starting with issue #108. With writer Chris Claremont they eleavted the X-Men to the top-selling American comic book. His 36 continuous issue run ended on issue #143 in March 1981. He then worked spiratically on X-Men until his last issue #324 in September 2005.
