Writers John Broome, Gardiner Fox and Robert Kanigher together with Artists Carmine Infantino, Ross Andru, Murphy Anderson, Joe Giella and Mike Esposito all contributed to the Flash Issues 151-200. Key Issue #155 introduced the Rogues villians including Captain Cold, Mirror Master, the Top, Heat Wave, Captain Boomerang, Piped Piper, and Gorilla Grodd.
