The Ancient Roar Booster Pack released in Oct 2023 features cards from the Japanese Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) from the Scarlet & Violet Era. This subset features Paradox Pokemon. A new varient of Ancient Pokemon and Trainer cards are introduced, featuring unique text icons on the top right corner of the artwork, and unique backgrounds adorning the right half of the cards. Ancient cards have a layered strata background & tend to have direct attacks that deal a large amount of damage, while being difficult to Knock Out and assist their respective Pokemon counterparts.

All cards are in Japanese.
